Thank you for shopping with The Deep Soil! We aim to ensure that your order reaches you in the best condition and as quickly as possible.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Time

 The products would be delivered to the customer within 4 to 5 days .

Please note that actual delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors such as weather, logistics delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, depending on your delivery location and the selected shipping method.
We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring timely and secure delivery of your order.

5. Order Tracking

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

In rare cases of delays or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will coordinate with our logistics partner to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Address & Contact Information

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
