Quality Check Executive – Fresh Fruits & Vegetables
Job Title: Quality Check Executive – Fresh Fruits & Vegetables
Location: Procuring site/ Gurugram Office
Experience Required: 1–4 years (fresh produce preferred)

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Quality Check Executive to ensure that only fresh, properly graded, and market-acceptable fruits and vegetables are received, stored, and dispatched. The role is critical in reducing wastage, rejections, and customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities
• Inspect fruits and vegetables at the time of procurement and receiving
• Check freshness, size, colour, ripeness, maturity, defects, and shelf life
• Ensure proper grading and sorting as per business requirements
• Identify damaged, overripe, or substandard produce and flag immediately
• Coordinate with procurement team to accept / reject lots
• Monitor handling, stacking, and storage practices to avoid spoilage
• Supervise loading and unloading to minimize damage
• Track daily quality issues, wastage, and rejections
• Support procurement with quality feedback from buyers/customers
Key Requirements
• Practical knowledge of quality parameters for fruits and vegetables
• Experience in mandi, wholesale markets, cold storage, or F&V warehouses
• Ability to differentiate between grades and identify early spoilage signs
• Willingness to work early mornings and flexible hours
• Strong attention to detail and on-ground decision-making ability
• Basic reporting skills (manual / Excel / WhatsApp updates)
Preferred Background
• Experience with wholesalers, exporters, agri-traders, or F&V startups
• Local mandi experience is a strong advantage
Procurement Agent – Fresh Fruits & Vegetables
Job Title: Procurement Agent – Fresh Fruits & Vegetables
Location: Gurugram Office and field
Experience Required: 2–5 years (preferred in agri / fresh produce)

Role Overview
We are looking for a strong on-ground procurement professional who has an established network among growers, farmers, suppliers, commission agents (arhtiyas), cold storages, and transporters. The role is critical to ensuring consistent supply, right quality, and competitive pricing of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Key Responsibilities
• Source fresh fruits and vegetables directly from farmers, growers, mandis, and suppliers
• Leverage existing network with farmers, aggregators, cold storages, and suppliers to ensure daily supply
• Negotiate procurement prices based on quality, seasonality, and market trends
• Conduct quality checks at the time of purchase and dispatch
• Coordinate with transporters and cold storage facilities for smooth logistics
• Track daily procurement volumes, prices, and wastage
• Maintain strong long-term relationships with suppliers and growers
• Share daily market intelligence (rates, arrivals, demand-supply gaps)
• Ensure timely availability of produce as per business requirements
Key Requirements
• Proven network among farmers, growers, suppliers, mandis, and cold storages
• Hands-on experience in fresh produce procurement
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Understanding of seasonality, grading, and quality parameters
• Willingness to work early mornings and be field-based
• Basic record-keeping and reporting ability (Excel / WhatsApp reporting)

• Experience in fresh produce trading, agri startups, wholesale markets, or F&V distribution
